Familia Finnish language courses happen at Familia's premises in Hakaniemi, Helsinki (Haapaniemenkatu 7-9 B, 10th floor) and online. For the online courses you will need a computer and a working internet connection to study smoothly. Online courses are held through Zoom. You need to be able to read and write in our courses.
MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSES:
- Familia's Finnish language courses are intended for members of the association. You can also become a member of Familia when registering. Familia's annual membership fee is 25€ and membership can be cancelled at any time. People living abroad cannot become our members.
- The invoice must be paid by the due date using the reference number. This is how you secure your place on the course.
- The course fee will not be refunded if the participation is cancelled after the end of the registration period.
- If you are a customer of the Employment and Economic Affairs Office (TE office), discuss applying for a course there in advance and ask if the course can be accepted as part of your integration plan.
- A certificate of participation is given for the course, please note that it is not a diploma that can be counted towards the studies.
- Priority of space is given to the earliest registration.

WHO CAN TAKE PART IN FAMILIA'S FINNISH LANGUAGE COURSES?

HOW MUCH DOES THE COURSE COST?
The membership price for the autumn 2025 Finnish language courses is 50 € and non-membership price 100 € / course. Summer courses are 150€ and the non-membership price is 250€.
