We are looking for an association coordinator for a 12-month employment relationship. The position that is now open is part of the STEA-funded Paikka Auki program. Paikka Auki is a program of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, the purpose of which is to promote the employment of people who find it difficult to find employment by offering jobs in organizations in the social and health sector. Jobs applied for through the program can be applied for by people with limited work ability (without age limit) and unemployed people aged 29 or younger. - Organizational development
- Event coordination, planning and execution as well as event marketing
- Managing member affairs and communications to members
- Stakeholder cooperation and networking
Work:
- 37,5 hours per week, but the hours can be also negotiated as a part time contract. In this case, the employment relationship can last more than a year, as the funding covers one year of full-time work.
- Includes occasional evening and weekend participation and travelling
- Working languages are Finnish and English
- We follow the collective labor agreement of social sector organizations (TES)
- Position is in the difficulty class four
- We wish the chosen applicant to start in May
