WE ARE LOOKING FOR OFFICE SECRETARY
We are looking for office secretary for one year’s part-time (65 % working time) fixed-term contract. The main tasks include handling the registrations, marketing, and communications of our Finnish courses, customer service, creating and sending invoices, organising events and event communications and membership issues.
We offer you meaningful work in an organization contributing to the wellbeing of intercultural families, an opportunity to have an influence on our activities and to create new ideas. Our work team and environment is relaxed and flexible and gives you a true opportunity to leave your own mark into the organization. Our working languages are Finnish and English. You don’t need to have fluent Finnish skills.
Weekly work hours are around 24 h a week. The work includes occasional evening and weekend work. We follow the collective agreement called sosiaalialan järjestöjen työehtosopimus (TES). Salary is based on the difficulty class 4.
Note! The ones applying must have the right for full 100 % pay subsidy. Check from TE Office if you eligible for it. Remember to mention that employer would be an NGO. The work will start according to the agreement. We hope the chosen person can start as quickly as possible.
