SECRETARY FOR ADVOCACY AND ADMINISTRATION
We are looking for secretary for advocacy and administration for one year fixed-term contract. The job is part-time (65 % working time, around 24h/week).
As secretary for advocacy and administration you will assist on the advocacy work and coordination of our language courses. In the beginning the job description is more focused on the advocacy work.
We hope:
· you have experience in advocacy work or have an interest develop in that
· knowledge of Finnish society
· sharing the same values as Familia and knowledge about intercultural families
· you have good communications, interactions, and performance skills
· you can work independently yet also effortlessly as part of a team
We offer you meaningful work in an organization contributing to the wellbeing of intercultural families, an opportunity to have an influence on our activities and to create new ideas. Our work team and environment is relaxed and flexible and gives you a true opportunity to leave your own mark into the organization. Our working languages are Finnish and English. You don’t need to have fluent Finnish skills. Work consist writing in Finnish, so you need to have the courage to use the language.
Weekly work hours are around 24 h a week. The work includes occasional evening and weekend work. We follow the collective agreement called sosiaalialan järjestöjen työehtosopimus (TES). Salary is based on the difficulty class 4.

YOUTH WORK COORDINATOR
We are looking for a youth work coordinator for a one year part-time (around 24 h/week) fixed-term contract. As a youth coordinator, you will be able to work with intercultural youth. Over the years, we have organized various activities for intercultural youth – online groups, workshops, and discussion evenings. We offer the opportunity to develop our youth activities.
We hope you have experience working with young people or a real interest in working with youth. We also appreciate knowledge related to intercultural youth and families. Knowledge and natural use of social media is an absolute advantage.
We offer you meaningful work in an organization contributing to the well-being of intercultural families, an opportunity to have an influence on our activities and to create new ideas.
