GROUNDS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER
Communication on services and events offered by Familia ry by approval of the registered person (contact information register based on the subscribers of the newsletter).
The purpose of the member register of the organisation is to collect information, including personal information and other information necessary to the operation of the organisation on members required by 11 § of the Associations Act (503/1989). Contact and membership information is collected in order to ensure the operation of matters pertaining to membership, communication, and invoicing. The data may be assembled into statistics from which an individual member cannot be identified.

Any data stored in the register is as a rule not transmitted to a third party without the organisation without the approval the registered person. The data is also not transmitted to outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER
All personal information is stored in Familia ry’s database to which no person except for those authorised by Familia ry has access. The systems containing the register are protected by a firewall and other relevant features. The register of the organisation is located in a monitored data centre on a password protected server.
RIGHT TO INSPECT THE REGISTER
According to 26 § of the Personal Data Act anyone registered to a register has the right to inspect their personal information stored in the register. The demand to inspect any data stored on one should be sent in writing and including a signature to the following address.

CORRECTING INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER
The owner of the register must without unnecessary delay, of their own accord, or by demand from the registered person, correct, remove, or complete any information within the register that is inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete, or dated for the purpose of the register.
